goldes Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the goldes platform and all its related services. From the moment a user accesses the website, creates an account or begins using any service, they are considered to have accepted these Terms.

goldes is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting to users in Bangladesh. These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms must always be read together with the Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how your personal information is collected, stored and used. The Privacy Policy is also considered part of these Terms.

To use goldes services, you must have an active personal account. At the time of registration, users must provide accurate and complete information and must update it immediately if anything changes.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address and identity document details provided during registration must be genuine and verifiable.
• goldes may at any time request identity documents, proof of address or payment method documentation for account verification purposes.
• Accounts are for personal use only — operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party is not permitted.
• Members of the same household (using the same device or network) may each hold a separate account, but bonuses may not be claimed multiple times from the same source.

2.2 Account Verification

After registration, goldes may ask users to submit the necessary documents to complete the verification process. goldes reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access until verification is complete. A National ID Card (NID), passport or driving licence are accepted as valid identity documents.

All goldes services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. No person under this age may register on the platform or use its services. Any account created by providing false information about age will be closed immediately and funds held may be forfeited.

The user confirms that they are using this platform of their own free will and with full knowledge, and that there is no legal restriction on online gaming in their place of residence. goldes will not be held responsible if services are unavailable due to technical or geographical restrictions.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to goldes support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone — including family members or friends.

• Changing your password regularly helps keep your account secure.

goldes will never ask for your full password or OTP via email, SMS or live chat. If you receive any such message, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support immediately.

Deposits and withdrawals on goldes are handled entirely through mobile banking. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

5.3 Account Balance

Account balances are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Bonus balance and real money balance are shown separately. If you notice any discrepancy in your balance, you must contact support within 24 hours.

goldes offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and wagering of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A second bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it may only be used for betting or playing games.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed more than once from the same household, device or IP address.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance will be added to the bonus balance, and once wagering is complete, they will be converted to real balance.
• goldes reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback calculated on their net losses for the week. Five tiers from Bronze to Diamond offer weekly cashback ranging from 0.2% to 1.2%. Full details about cashback can be found on the goldes VIP page.

All gaming and betting activity on the goldes platform is governed by specific rules. Users must follow these rules.

7.1 Sports Betting

• Betting odds may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed at specific odds, changes will not apply to it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• If incorrect odds are offered, goldes reserves the right to void those bets.
• If any selection in a multi-bet is voided, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining selections.

7.2 Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and verifiable.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, goldes will review the state of that round and provide an appropriate resolution.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a technical fault is proven.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Different limits may apply when betting with bonus balance, as stated in the bonus terms.

Engaging in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets strategically to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Collusion or fraudulent cooperation against other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the system.
• Registering or completing verification using a false identity or forged documents.
• Harassing, threatening or mistreating other users.

goldes reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit verification documents or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 365 days).
• On court order or at the request of a law enforcement agency.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time through support. It is the user's responsibility to complete all withdrawals before the account is closed. Bonus balance will be cancelled upon account closure.
